I spoke with Tamara in the Anjoca office last October and she mentioned a new development commencing January 23. I asked to be kept updated but heard nothing and found this on the website today - 62 semi-detached Villas. I understand it was to be up from the office, opposite La Estancia. I noticed today that Goldacre are marketing the development right at the top of the mountain, the video seems somewhat disingenuous, stating that development work has already started. I always assumed these were constructed sometime around the financial crisis around 2009 or so and the developer went bankrupt or the banks pulled funding. It is a shame some of these sites couldn't be used as some form of government scheme for affordable housing.
