It has always been a source of frustration in the UK trying to compare electricity tariffs as the competing companies are not very transparent with their pricing structures.

Here in Fuerte it should be much easier with one company and whilst I have managed to compare the useage with no problem (we are on the “Happy” tariff with two free hours per day and there is very little difference in cost compared to the “One” tariff)

approximately every 3 weeks recently.   How often are other people being billed,  is this normal?

Hi all.. Quick question, I have been studying my latest Endesa Electricity bill and there is a charge for "Servicios Endesa X". It looks like it's some sort of maintenance add-on that I never asked for and is not an insignificant cost if added up over the year. Has anyone successfully cancelled that part of the contract as my initial attempts to do it online aren't getting anywhere. We moved in to our house 6 months ago. Our lawyer set up electricity and water contracts for us, but we are yet to be billed.

Endesa's system seems to have a series of problems! We received no bills, could not access the portal, and then could not see any information. Having emailed them, then had a video call and then used their online chat they finally said that their systems had problems and that we would be offered the chance ot back pay monthly...though they cannot tell us w

I did not get one in January but got 2 in February. Did this happen to anyone else?

Does anyone on here have the Endesa Happy Hour rate for their electricity and have tried to change the  2 Hours free period? It says you can change it through the client area but when I try to change it, it never shows up correct on my bill. I’ve tried speaking to customer services but they say you have to change it online through the client area. Just wondered if anyone had any joy changing the happy hours?

After much back and forth, have finally been able to register for Endesa online. Hurrah. Problem is, absolutely none of this is making sense to me.

The tariff I am using is Endesa Libre, I have been able to establish that much. It says it's set at 5.75KW/h both off peak and peak. Which implies a flat rate independent of the time of usage?

However, on the bill itself, it breaks consumption into "power" and "energy". Each has 2 amounts under it, at different prices.
