There are fiesta Events in Caleta de Fuste next weekend (10-13 October) to celebrate Nuestra Señora de Peña del Mar.  The main event poster is in Spanish and English, and there are posters for the Rowing Regatta and Sea Fishing Competition:

A Christmas Fiesta is being held in Costa de Antigua on 24 December from 5-8pm with a visit from Santa Claus, bouncy castles and a DJ.

The Candelaria  and San Blas Fiesta takes place in La Oliva from 25 Jan-8 Feb.

The Events include Music concerts, a Young Peoples night, religious service and procession, a Trail run, a Festival of Humour, a Latino Festival, Childrens Events and fireworks on the night of Sat 1st Feb.

Friday September 18 is a public holiday on Fuerteventura to celebrate the island's patron saint.

Thousands usually make the pilgrimage to Vega de Rio Palmas, although this year it will be different in so many ways.

Due to the present situation the big Fiesta in Puerto del Rosario has been scaled down and Events are being shown online.

Wednesday 7th October is a local bank holiday in the Municipality of Puerto del Rosario.
