Does anyone know how I go about getting this certificate? It is needed by HMRC to avoid double taxation.

Does anyone on here know how to fill in the above form 'Residencia Fiscal en Espana Convenio' Modelo 1. I need to attach it to my Double taxation form to be sent to HMRC.

I’ve previously found and downloaded my certificate of fiscal residency, used to get HMRC to allow me zero-rate for UK income tax. I now need to do the same for my wife, but find that the Agencia Tributaria website after Digital Certificate access has changed dramatically! I’m not keen on fishing about in the AT system, so I’m just wondering if anyone has more recent experience/expertise, and can tell me where to find the necessary document? Many thanks!
