Just a small warning for anyone considering buying in the Black Friday sale that starts in Electron tomorrow: items may not be the deal you think they are!

I was investigating a new TV last week and made note of some prices and models. All the TVS I looked at will cost MORE in the sale than they did last weekend! I'm furious about this— at least at home they have the decency to put the price up for a few weeks before the sale so they can actually claim it's a "bargain".

Es-Alert will issue a test alert in Fuerteventura this Friday.

The Government of the Canary Islands resumes, from February, the testing of the alert system for the population in the event of an emergency called ES-Alert with an extensive Calendar, to be developed throughout 2024, which covers seven islands. The first exercise of this year will be held in Fuerteventura next Friday, February 9, although it could also be held in the municipality of Yaiza, in Lanzarote.
