Germany and the Netherlands put the Canaries on their Green List from 15 May
The Government of Germany has included the Canary Islands on its green list of safe travel destinations today (Friday), as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its website. This means that, like the UK’s green list, German tourists returning home only need to present a negative PCR test and avoid quarantine.
They are also the second country today to review the islands independently from Spain and allow travel, after the Netherlands gave the green light for both the Canaries
