Every day I look from my balcony and wonder why? In the middle of the golf course on what looks like an intended development site sits a single Villa. Can someone please satisfy my curiosity? Was it to maintain planning permission, a show home maybe?

Hi all
Can anyone offer any insight into the state of Las Salinas Golf Club and the surrounding area? I understand that the course is still under administration and that the roads and pavements were meant to be adopted by the council but now doubt this will be advancing at a glacial pace.

Hi all, one for all you golfers out there - Jandia is the only course left I have to play on the island and am looking at playing it next week.

Question: how hilly is it? Is it a buggy job or easily walkable (with a trolley)? 

'Four lakes and numerous dry river beds' sounds like fun!

I spoke with Tamara in the Anjoca office last October and she mentioned a new development commencing January 23.
I asked to be kept updated but heard nothing and found this on the website today - 62 semi-detached Villas.
I understand it was to be up from the office, opposite La Estancia. Can anyone confirm if this is so and if any work has started?
