Improved berthing facilities at El Cotillo harbour

The Ministry of Public Works, Transportation and Housing awarded for 160,000 euros works to install the new swamps of the port of El Cotillo.
The new facility will provide the dock with 50 berths that will replace the current anchorages with fishing chains based on this town of La Oliva.

La Lonja cafe, Corralejo harbour

I thought I had posted about this a few weeks back but can't find the thread.
La Lonja café, the original fisherman's café down by the harbour, has been knocked out during lockdown (not before time as it was pretty manky inside) and is being refurbed. I've used this place for around 20 years and I preferred it in the earlier of those days when it was mainly locals (fishermen) drinking coffee and arehucas, discussing their catches and sharing a newspaper.
