You see a lot of negative and disparaging reports about this place, so in the interest of fairness, my wife and I decided to see for ourselves. We only went for a 'cheapish' meal so I had the mixed grill at €6.95 and my wife ordered the Canarian style chicken. We've just paid the deposit on buying a place in Corralejo and need to find some buildings and contents insurance.
This will be a holiday home only so are we best insuring from the UK or in Fuerte?
Any recommendations or who to avoid on insurers welcome too.

Although I've obviously seen steel framed construction used for commercial properties it's the first time I've seen it being used for a house. Not even sure it's steel, just guessing!
