I have 2 houses next to me both are let out to visitors. One has a VV license the other does not have the VV sign on it. How do the authorities check houses to confirm they have a license? I always thought the rule was that you can not have guests staying in a house until you put the VV sign up on the property. Seems unfair if one owner is following the rules while the other is not.
