Endesa X Maintenance Contract
Hi all.. Quick question, I have been studying my latest Endesa Electricity bill and there is a charge for "Servicios Endesa X". It looks like it's some sort of maintenance add-on that I never asked for and is not an insignificant cost if added up over the year. Has anyone successfully cancelled that part of the contract as my initial attempts to do it online aren't getting anywhere. Thanks..

The building has three floor levels at the front and four floor levels at the rear, so it involves working at heights with difficult access. Repairs are required to the roof edges, locally they refer to them as the cornice but better known in England as the soffit and ours are concrete.
