I noticed today that Goldacre are marketing the development right at the top of the mountain, the video seems somewhat disingenuous, stating that development work has already started.
I always assumed these were constructed sometime around the financial crisis around 2009 or so and the developer went bankrupt or the banks pulled funding.
It is a shame some of these sites couldn't be used as some form of government scheme for affordable housing.
