Paying non-resident tax

Same for the so called property tax, never paid it in 13 years, never had any problems, banks, utilities and council know we are not resident, but no enforcement.
Our travel insurance covers unlimited trips up to 90 consecutive days, so

Mortgage payment - paying off our mortgage early
Hi I’m looking for advice regarding paying off the balance of our mortgage. Although our apt is in Caleta the mortgage is with BS ( previously CAM) in Tenerife. Can we go to our local branch of Sabadell in Caleta to discuss this? Would we require a solicitor? We live in Ireland and due to work commitments we will not be over until
October
so any advice would be much appreciated. TIA

Cease paying UK income tax
I’m hoping I can learn from someone’s experience here...! I’m having a tussle with Agencia Tributaria over income tax paid in the UK on a private pension which is paid in the UK. Currently questioning 2019, but I can see the same coming for 2020 and beyond. I’ve accurately reported the tax paid in the UK, and provided proof, and under the double-taxation agreement this is deducted from the larger tax bill due here, fair enough. AT do not, however, seem to like this.
