Some of you may have seen the recent FB post regarding burglaries in Corralejo, what appears unusual about these is the criminals appear to have keys to the properties & have let themselves in while holidaymakers are sleeping at night - very concerning! 
Just a thought, but if you rent out your property it may be worth changing the lock barrels periodically.

Tamara - I can't find a previous thread on this, perhaps it was in the Dark Side. Basically a guy screwed loads of genuine owners of the original houses in the old part of Corralejo, when the houses first needed to be registered. He registered in his or his companies names, basically stealing these houses, and the rightful owners have had a long and costly fight to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

Some people I know are looking for a place in Fuerte.  Quite an open brief 300K and up to 500K (depending on the sale of a property in the UK.  Not in a rush.  Looking for something inland and reasonable private.  A decent size plot with a pool or space to put one in.  Looking for 3/4 bed but again really open to ideas new build/plot anything.  if anyone know of a place then I can maybe put them together?  Hope everyone is well (not been on her for a few weeks.
