we plan on retiring to fuerteventura in a few years time , but for now we are looking to buy a small rental property we can rent out and also holiday in until we move over for good. we will continue to rent it once we move over full time . we have always stayed in corralejo but visited all the main resorts on the island. i wanted to ask you all where on the island is the best resort to buy a rental property to max its booking potential ... thank you x

I am looking to rent a property in the north of the island.

I have a preference for Lajares but anything in the north would be accepted (except Corralejo, I need something a bit quieter)

My search online has shown a ton of holiday rentals, but I'm looking for something a bit more long term.

We would be looking for an open plan space to divide up to areas for artists to work on their own practise (ranging from painters, sculptors to writers) - each needing around 5- 10msq in space. In januari I'm moving to Fuerteventura with my wife. But... We are still looking for a house to rent for the coming year. 

We are trying to find things online (idealista, etc) but the prices are insane, or only for short term (vacation houses). 

In 2 weeks we will go there for a week to try all kinds of real estate agents, but their online presence is next to nothing. 

Does anyone know a reliable estate agent we can contact, or even better; know oa house we could rent?

My Girlfriend and I are going to visit Fuerteventura on the 20th March for two weeks until the 4th April. We really would like to rent us a Van / Car for traveling around the island. The problem is that most of the rent companies, only rent for drivers with a license of an age of 21 years. I am "only" 20 years old and I've got my license since October 2022. I know that this is not very long, but in Berlin i have my own car. So I am already an experienced and safe
