Does anyone know how I go about getting this certificate? It is needed by HMRC to avoid double taxation.

May seem like a silly question but we got our residencia in February so what tax to we pay?? Do we still do the non residents tax on the house??

I am told you need private health care to get residencia. What companies do people use and what is cost?

I've just been told that one can have Residencia Green Card, even if you are not a permanent resident i.e have a holiday home here but live in UK.  Is this true?  And if so could I have some info on this please? How does it work? If you prefer, please PM me.

Does anyone on here know how to fill in the above form 'Residencia Fiscal en Espana Convenio' Modelo 1. I need to attach it to my Double taxation form to be sent to HMRC.
