Laws and Rules regarding Land Usage and Building
After being here for 1.5 years. my wife and I are finally satisfied that this is where we will build our family home.

We will be buying a plot of land, and building ourselves on it.

It seems that there are a lot of different rules that apply to different areas. And several classifications of land that allow or permit certain stuffs.

We don't really care that the land is hooked up to utilities, we will be installing solar, a water task and could even have a septic tank on site.

Community Rules (Swimming Pool) / Horizontal Law
Hey, not sure if anyone else can advise.

Since the new president was voted in a few years ago now anyone that doesn't live on the resort full time is being told no inflatables, no balls in the

Laws / Rules on Use of Drones
What are the Laws / Rules re the use of drones, yesterday we had a neighbouring rental using one and we are concerned about our privacy.

In the UK we used to live next to a hotel that did weddings and if the wedding wanted to use a drone for photography they had to tell us beforehand and to limit images to the hotel grounds.

Thanks in anticipation.

V V license rules
I have 2 houses next to me both are let out to visitors. One has a VV license the other does not have the VV sign on it.

How do the authorities check houses to confirm they have a license? I always thought the rule was that you can not have guests staying in a house until you put the VV sign up on the property.

Seems unfair if one owner is following the rules while the other is not.

I will be in Costa Calma in a week or so.
I am just wondering what the rules are if you book a massage, are you nude or leave undies on. Just don’t want to look a fool. Lol
