This a post I put up after a visit last March others have been since and it is till just as good -

I can't see this restaurant mentioned anywhere else on here and I think it is well worth a visit. Open from 1pm to 9.45pm each day apart from Wednesday. Menus in Spanish, English & German.  There is both inside and terrace dining with fabulous views

60-YEAR-OLD WOMAN DIES AT SOTAVENTO BEACH.
A 60-year-old woman died from a heart attack yesterday afternoon on Sotavento Beach in Jandía (Fuerteventura).

The Emergency Services Coordination Centre (CECOES) received an alert about the woman at 1:45 pm informing them she had collapsed on the beach from a suspected heart attack.

CECOES immediately activated the necessary emergency resources and sent them to the location given, but the access to the area was too difficult for medical personnel, so a GES helicopter was sent to retrieve
