Does anyone on here live on a complex with a communal heated swimming pool?
Just looking for some ideas for costing and feasibility, solar or otherwise.

I am researching realistic views and costs of renovating property I like in Fuerta. 
just  wondering if anyone can tell me costs involved to refurb small pool into larger modern look pool . Anyone actually had a go or have actually upgraded a pool .
Any  rough Idea, any problems you occurred extra costs, or recommendations appreciated .

When we are over in the next few weeks I would like to have use of a swimming pool. Does anyone know if there is a hotel who would allow non residents using their pool for a fee? I know of the municipal pool up by Mercadona but it's not really what I'm looking for. BTW I'm a wimp so heated would be a must. We will be based in Corralejo.

Hey, not sure if anyone else can advise.

We have been visiting a complex for 10 years before buying at the end of last year.  All the time we have been coming kids and adults have been allowed inflatables in the pool and have always played with balls in the pool (despite in the rules it does say no ball games - it was always over looked).

Since the new president was voted in a few years ago now anyone that doesn't live on the resort full time is being told no inflatables, no balls in the

This Saturday the swimmers of Fuerteventura will tour the famous test of the Spanish Championship, Las Playitas Resort-Gran Tarajal

Could someone kindly give me some advice for a trades person who can re-grout some of the tiles round part of our swimming pool? The company who originally built the pool just don’t want to know which is super frustrating! I’m conscious it needs very specific grouting fit for a pool so don’t want to just use normal grouting. I’d much prefer to have someone who knows what they are doing. Thank you.
