Single Villa on waste ground in middle of the Golf Course?
Every day I look from my balcony and wonder why? In the middle of the golf course on what looks like an intended development site sits a single Villa. Can someone please satisfy my curiosity? Was it to maintain planning permission, a show home maybe?

Annual Council Tax (waste collection etc)
Hi all.
I’ve noticed that my annual direct debit for Council Tax is ‘sat’ in my CaixaBank account waiting to be ‘claimed’ by Pajara Council.
No problems in past years as it’s just come automatically out of my account in a one-off lump sum (250ish euros a year).
I’ve been on to Caixa and they say to get in touch with the Town Hall.
Has anyone had similar problems this year or advice as to how to sort as I want to get it paid.
Thanks in advance
Keith

Quick question - what are the rules surrounding burning garden was and mini bonfires? Just that someone across the road in an empty house has started burning weeds etc.

I have posted out to them that there is a Punto Limpio in the village!
