Can anyone suggest a company or individual who could open an ARFE digital electronic safe?

It's the built in sort with keypad and seperate key.

Usually, if the battery goes flat, there is a facility to 'jump' it with another power source and it works. But not now! It's dead and I need it opened asap.

Any suggestions?

Is there anyone on this forum who is from a 'third country' and is resident, so therefore must have a TIE (not the latest one just introduced)?
