Hello - good evening to you all. Back in March, I booked a holiday renting a private villa called Sonrisa in Lajares. I used to live in Corralejo (early 90's) and I am returning with my family - 6 in total. I booked, paid the deposit and got confirmation from James Villas back in March for our chosen dates. I just received an email from James Villas saying that we could no longer use Sonrisa due to "construction works" starting near to the villa at that time. Something just doesn't add up. Can a

Does anyone know if there is a time limit for houses to be completed after permission is given? Just that we have a house construction that has been going on for 4-5 years according to our neighbours.
