Free Yoga sessions in Puerto del Rosario
The Department of Public Health of the City of Puerto del Rosario informs in a press release of the celebration of the Health Yoga Days, in the form of free workshops. The planned days are, on Saturday, November 30 and December 7, 14 and 21, at the El Charco Multi-purpose Center (Centro Polivalente de El Charco), from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The sessions will deal with Yoga and a healthy back, breathing and Mindfulness, the balance between body and mind or Yoga Relax, Yin Yoga.

Yoga with Flow. Corralejo
One of the things I hoped to do during my extended stay on the island was to practice yoga. In my first week I found a class by chance on the beach at Billabong and what started as an occasional class developed into a daily routine. 
I’ve seen a number of groups on the beach but I found Feli and she was a fantastic teacher. I’ve gone from an absolute beginner to a yoga fan and feel fitter, calmer and happier. Yoga with Flow became the highlight of my trip so for anyone else wanting to practice
