A little late but good morning from Caleta, as Bertie has said if you didn't mind the gale / strong wind it wasn't a bad day yesterday, the wind is certainly making it very chilly during the evening, jumpers and coats required along with patio heaters if dinning outside.

           

               

This morning at 7am 14c, it looks like we have had a heavy shower of rain during the night as a few puddles of water, a fresh breeze, but nice sunrise.

A partly sunny morning with a mix of cloud and sun this afternoon when there will also be a chance of a shower of rain, shade temperature to get up to 22C at 3pm and the UV Factor will reach 8 when the sun is out at midday, air quality fair.

Mostly sunny morning more cloud around lunch time and then a mostly sunny afternoon, the AEmet forecast however is giving up to 90% chance of rain this afternoon, shade temperature to get up to 23C from 3pm through until 5pm and the UV factor will reach 8 from midday for 3 hours, air quality fair.

Wind from the SSW / SW all day at light to start with at 11 to 15 kmph increasing as the day goes on to get to 33 to 37 kmph with gusts up to 54 kmph late afternoon / early evening.

Barely a cloud overhead most of this morning at El Cotillo, but a strong SW wind making it uncomfortable at the beach.
   
By mid-afternoon wind increasing to around 40kms with significant dust and cloud skirting around the very North of the island and some ominous clouds around Tindaya .

Still very warm in the sun at 16:20, so hopefully a nice evening ahead.

Good morning from Caleta, yesterday's forecast was not quite correct IMO there was alot more cloud than forecast, the odd spot of rain and it was very windy, during the night it has rained leaving puddles and the wind has moved our cabana over 1mt.

           

This morning at 7.40 16C, still windy but not as strong, a few colourful clouds as the sun rises, the dark clouds to the north look as though they are giving a few showers of rain.
