Businesses Re-opening After Lockdown
#1
Thought it might be useful to have an info-only thread where we could post which businesses we've seen open as we move into Phase 1! (If we keep chatter to the shops & supermarkets thread, we can make this a sort of directory, maybe.)

I'll start, based on my business and walk this morning:

CALETA:
  • Dulce De Leche (cafe), by the bus stop roundabout
  • La Hondura (ferreteria), in the Montecastillo Centre
  • The Barber Shop, in the Bahia Sol complex
What have you seen open for the first time since the lockdown?

I had to get a tyre for the car today and collect something from the pharmacy, so I did a quick skirmish around town, Tu Casa above Mercadonna was open, neither of the China Shops the cafe opposite the new Pharmacy is open none of the units near Camera World are open Neither ara Fado Rock or El Patio, the China Shop in Caletta is closed as was everything else I passed, of course, its Monday things could be different tomorrow.
To me drinking responsibly means do not spill it.

Caleta again: the Dog and Duck pub was open today, as was the pub at the end of that road— can't remember the name, but it's across from the Happy Centre and has live music on Sundays. Only the outside parts were open, but there was a decent amount of people. It was nice to see some activity around!
