Notice on the door of the Chocolate Shop saying they have moved near to Fado Rock and the
Police station, but I can't find it anywhere there?
However, there is a new restaurant in that area, right where (I think) the Dulce De Leche used to be— sign says Cloud 9. Is that the same business under a new name, or have the Chocolate Shop just not got up and running in the new location yet and will be somewhere else?
Would appreciate if anyone has some info!

It says "opposite Fado Rock"...
Looking at Google Maps, would the one you're talking about have been KM Zero? It is gone since
October, apparently. There is something there now, but I can't remember the name. Could be the Chocolate Shop, I suppose? Will take a better look tomorrow!
Minimal signage when I was passing yesterday, if that's it. (Or I'm just an idiot, which is also entirely possible.)

No, the other side of the road, there is El Patio, then Fado past these and I cannot remember in which order, there is The Step in and what used to be an Italian, that is the one I mentioned, but rumour had it, it was to be yet another Indian

I have been told they were moving to what was Dulce De Leche next to the square by the town hall /
Police station and they could be changing the name as it not the original owners of 2 or 3 years ago.

So it is Cloud 9 after all! Good to know. Won't be the same, unfortunately; looks like they've got a proper food menu now, which will change things substantially.
When did the ownership change? I thought the owners were still working there as of earlier this year?

Just an update if anyone is looking for it: the Chocolate Shop has moved AGAIN! They are back in their original location in the complex adjacent to Bahia Sol, temporarily sharing with the bar, but will be moving to a new location within the same complex when they can get the unit set up.
