Development on Cliff Top North of Costa Antigua
#11
Well still can't work out what this development is, there is now a gravel road from the North Eastern corner of the Costa de Antigua Industrial estate to it.

Took these photos 7/12 -

A plant nursery of some kind, maybe? There are an awful lot of potted plants, but it looks like they are taking security seriously very seriously for that...

Good job on catching one guard mid-howl, though! Big Grin

I thought that as well but the security is a bit over the top, even for a council run operation!!

I remember seeing the land when it was on the market. Was actually a very large piece of land and it was only allowed to be used for specific things, wind turbines (yes I know close to the airport, not practical, that's what we said when we read it LOL!), solar panels, farming or agricultural.

That does look like a garden centre but it may be simply an agricultural farm to supply garden centres?

New picture from this morning. Two large guard dogs loose in the compound, lots of trees and shrubs have been planted around, which will eventually shield the site from view except from the sea.  The building seem to have windows and shutters that appear more 'industrial' than domestic and there are too many solar panels for the size of the building.
