If you are using the same postcode on the form as you used before check that the actual address you are using is exactly the same as you have used in the past, just leaving a space or miss spelling can affect the verification.
Did you used the saved option to save the filled application to your computer last time? If you did you can get form 210 to input the data from last time and just change the dates. If you used the save option there will be a folder called AEAT applet. Go to my computer in search box put aeat and see if you have the folder on your system. If you do go to the online form 210 and at the top you will see optional import data click on that and if you saved last time it will put all the data (with the wrong date) in for you.

It can be a real pain finding a small error on form 210. That'st why every time I complete the form for myself or someone else I always save it as once it's verified you have a copy of what is correct so next time it is so much easier if you change anything you know that the new thing you changed must be wrong in some way.
So hopefully when you do find the problem with the form this time, remember to save it once it's verified and it will put an applet on your computer next time which saves time as well as complications.
Good luck in solving the problem.

Sorry I can’t help you either as I get my solicitor to look after all these returns but WELCOME to the forum.
We look forward to your future participation in our little club.

Just researched Municipal ( Antigua)and post code and google says
The ZIP (postal code) of municipality of Antigua - 35610, 35630, 35638. have you tried one of the other codes?

Might be easier if you are going to try the first method to go to the form 210 (make sure you use IE & all updates and also update java). Once you have an empty form 210 on your computer.
Then click on optional import file data if you have the applet a box will pop up called aeat inside the box click on 210 and any saved forms you did in the past will appear (I have numerous boxes) click on the last dated one and all the required boxes will fill in from the last time and you can then just change the dates as I imagine the CV has not changed so all figures will be the same.
If that works sit down and have a nice long drink and sigh with relief if not try the other postcodes as the post office here may have changed postal codes and as usual here not told anyone.
Failing that go through every box you completed making sure its correct and typed in correctly its a pain been there before but when you find the problem it will be obvious.

Did you manage to complete the form? If so could you share with us the problem as it might help me to tell others what the problem was and help them?
