Did you manage to get to the site to find the online form 210?
I am having exactly the same problem. Can get to the AEAT site, but have searched for hours to find the actual form to complete, with no luck.

Underneath the first example is a blank modelo 210. I was able to download it - hope this helps!

Thanks for that, Tamara.
I had seen that in my searches. Have you actually paid the tax with that form?
I had rejected that as it says examples of how to fill the form. I had read somewhere else that you still needed to
actually do it online.
I have actually managed to get a company in the UK for £34.95 (for property, not per person) to complete the form for me & email the completed form this year for the first time for a decade. Will see what the competed form looks like when I get it. If it is the same as the one you have pointed me too. If it is in future, I'll be able to use the example you posted to do it myself as normal.
Just in case anyone is having the same problem as me & others, then the url for the company I used is ;

I haven't used the form Beach life, don't need it as I'm resident here. Was just looking for you

Really happy you took time looking for a solution to the problem of finding a link for the actual 210 form. I know how much effort you put into helping people on the forum.
I only asked as I suspected you were a resident. The switch by the AEAT last
December to a different site has once again made it difficult for non-residents to pay their taxes. It is almost as if they don't want you to pay the tax by your self but seem to want to force you to a Spanish tax advisor (at high cost) or failure to pay means you have to pay when you sell plus a fine for not paying.
Still hoping that some other non-resident who has found a way to pay it themselves online finds this topic & posts the URL for the location of the form. Meanwhile, I suggest any other non-residents who are having problems refer to the company in the UK, who are much cheaper than their Spanish Colleagues.

I use my Spanish solicitor ADR to do the returns for my wife and Ievery year, there is a fee but it saves me all the hassle. Anything for a happy and carefree life.
