Good Artisan Baked Brown Bread
#1
Since Windy Millers in Corralejo closed years ago I haven't been able to find any bread we particularly like. We like brown multiseed that is artisan made and isn't too dense. Any suggestions appreciated. We will be going all over the Island so somewhere in the north would preferable but can pick up from anywhere really while we are travelling around.

Cheers John, thanks for that. Sounds encouraging. We've never been to the market in caleta. We do a walk from the bus station past the airport to caleta so could tie that in together. Have you any idea what time the market is on till so we can decide which direction to do the walk.

The market is up and running by 9am and closes at 2pm. Windy Miller used to be there, but I'm not sure he is there now.

Thanks Tom. We normally walk to Caleta and bus back to Rosario so we will have to do the reverse. Make a nice change.
