Whoops, lucky I spotted this thread…..just checked and our IBI also came out on 1 August. Likewise, looks about the same as last year, which is nice.

Has anyone had the DD for your Basura taken yet?

Not that we are looking to sell but just seen a FB post where because a DD for Basura was not taken it came up as a debt when trying to sell a property on the mainland.

IBI has just been taken by Direct Debit, it is the amount I paid in Aug 2020. Luckily I had the cash in my account!

Yes ours has gone as well, for some reason I was surprised, but I cannot remember when it went last year

Mine used to be May before COVID but then went to to August each year (with the reduction) but it looks like life is back to normal.

Just checked paid €321 in August 2023 then payment came off today of €361
