Hi folks,
During these cold winter months in the UK, I have set myself the task of learning some basic Spanish. Therefore I am looking for recommendations for a free online teaching website. Gracias

Hi there, I can suggest a couple of websites:

https://www.duolingo.com

https://www.spanishdict.com

In addition, YouTube is full of channels where you can learn basic Spanish:

https://www.youtube.com/@HolaSpanish (Argentinian but living in Australia, if I'm not wrong)

https://www.youtube.com/@ButterflySpanish (Mexican)

https://www.youtube.com/@Aprenderespanolonline

https://www.youtube.com/@LearnSpanishLearnSpanish (From UK - http://www.prospanish.co.uk)

https://www.youtube.com/@UseyourSpanish
