Pájara makes available to the Canary Islands Housing Institute four plots in the Ciervo ravine.

These lands add up to a total of 640 meters where around twelve public housing units can be built

The City Council of Pájara has unanimously adopted an agreement in the plenary session this morning for the transfer of some plots located in the Ciervo ravine, in Morro Jable to the Canary Islands Housing Institute.

The three plots of land located in the ravine are equivalent to the total sum of about 640 square meters, where around twelve public housing units can be built.

The First Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Urban Planning, Alexis Alonso, highlights "the importance of the work that has been carried out in this mandate to facilitate, on the one hand, the construction of housing and on the other, to develop investments in the municipality, as well as the public infrastructures that will lead to considerable progress in the coming years".

For her part, the Councilor for Housing, Eva Sánchez, considers it important that "the City Council of Pájara continues in the line of enabling the cession of land and, on the other hand, to build other homes in the municipality since there are investors willing to assign and put these homes at affordable prices".

In this sense, Mayor Alejandro Jorge stresses that "it must be emphasized and highlighted the great work that the technicians of our municipality have done so that we could reach this plenary session and be able to make available to this institution these plots that will lead to the construction of around 12 homes to promote residentiality in the municipality".
