thank you for pics appreciate that. Sorry not replied earlier . I am in two minds fuerta or mainland spain . its the speed of build and other villas yet to be built around the area there. But I love fuerta for out door activities which suit me and its Weather is lot better than mainland spain . decisions decisions

Nice to know. I think the price has jumped up on these now a couple are nearer being built anyone seen them recently .

all true factors though , love it . ive just e mailed to see current prices I love the new  style builds  too. I have a small place near Alicante. but love the winter sun and prefer to rent out in July Aug . I love fuerta too. current virus a night mare at mo, for everyone hope all stay safe out there for you all

I meant to take some pics for you a couple of weeks ago but I got side-tracked. Several of the villas have really come on now, windows in, looking good. As soon as we have free movement again I'll make a point of popping up there on my way in to town.

Had time to kill between appointments on Monday so I took a drive up to Morro Francisco. Several places look completed, complete with furniture, don't know if they are inhabited/showhomes/whatever - no signage re show homes that I could see. Well if all goes well I will be starting the process to secure a new build here. I need to have a read through and find a good local solicitor from recommendations from the site . I know its a strange time to go for it but here goes . just awaiting update from real estate. and a decent exchange rate would help .hope everyone's ok in these difficult times .
