What a misleading headline!   

I read the entire article expecting that they had come out on social media somewhere apologising for something (though I saw nothing on the show they needed to apologise for— they were such lovely polite people), but no: it all comes down to the lady's one "sorry" for commenting that a single one of the properties didn't have the right feel for them.
