over the last few weeks I've received a number of SMS from the number 2377, purporting to be from Lebara who my mobile contract is with. I thought they were unlikely requests and delved a bit deeper. I phoned Lebara but the whole thing got lost in translation! Then I found this site which is easy to use and very useful:

You can obviously input any number you wish to query.
