Morning Sam

It was done through Chrome Incognito and the rank of 5th was both in google.co.uk and google.com

One more great news: We're now in the Alexa Rank!

Alexa is a  ranking system that utilizes web traffic data to compile a list of the most popular websites, the Alexa Rank. The lower Alexa rank, the more popular  the website is - site with the rank of 1 has the most visitors on the internet.

We are currently at 8,555,283 place. It doesn't looks too impressive and I'm certain the rank will improve although we'll never be anywhere near the top. A good site to compare would be the old forum, sitting at: 7,761,475. Hope now the our current rank is a bit more impressive, considering this forum is still a baby - running for about six months and the old forum 30 times longer - more than 15 years.

We're doing fine, thanks to your continued sterling efforts, Sam!  Two or three weeks ago, on the old forum, the inappropriately-named "Brightspark" posted another criticism of our forum, saying that it only had an Alexa rating of 9,378,288 - so we've jumped almost a million places up the list since then!

It's also worth remembering that, less than 4 years ago, "Brightspark" was bemoaning the fact that the old forum's Alexa ranking had slipped a bit, but he said - "The Alexa rank for the forum is still pretty healthy: 474,642".  How things have changed!
