The only company I know about down south is Fuerte Assist from Morro Jable. No first hand experience, just knew a German couple who were happy with them before they sold their villa in Morro.

There is one in The Sol Centre near The Pickled Palm, English speaking and were highly thought ofby a neighbour who has recently sold one of the ladies that work there is called Kelly, but I cannot remember the name of the Company
