Do you mean TIE?

If so, I had my green cert card stolen some years ago. I went into the national Police office, the bit on the corner with the steps, reported it stolen and they organised a replacement. It was a long process filling out the 'stolen' report but they connected me by telephone to the Madrid office where they have English speakers, Madrid typed report into computer and they were able to print it in puerto for me to sign.

I received a phone call from Policia Local Antigua around 11:00 one of their own had found my wallet which contained my TIA, so I go to Antigua to recover it, the officer in question was in he office, so as there was a fair amount of cash in it I offered him 20€ as a thank you, not my best idea tantamount to attempted bribery from what iI could gather  Rolleyes Rolleyes Rolleyes Rolleyes
while I was extremely grateful, I will never understand the Spanish Psyche.
