Hi have just gone to make a payment to someone who I paid before and find there are no longer any  beneficiaries on my account.

Has anyone else had this issue?

John having given it some thought   . all you need to do is find your last payment to whoever it is on your statement, download it and use the info there to make any other payments.

Check that when signing in you have used the ‘personal’ header, not ‘business’. I somehow did the latter recently and had the same problem until I signed out and back in again, this time correctly!

Thanks for replies, still no beneficiaries but as John R indicated I went back to a previous payment and printed off the details to start al over again, will be off to bank in the morning

Hi John, do they not have an online presence ? That’s one reason I like Caixiabank, with the App & a full website if necessary I can do all online

Hi Ron - Yes there is an online help but it is just as handy for me to take 10 minute walk to branch and sort face to face.

Sabadell have just announced they have increased the limit for cards to 50E from 20E without the need for the PIN for the duration. Sensible!
