I'm looking for recommendations for established property management companies in Caleta de Fuste to look after my house there. The house is NOT used as a holiday let, just by myself and family.
The house is a 2 bed room semi-detached bungalow with garden and swimming pool on "Chipmunk Mountain" in Caleta de Fuste. The services that I'm looking for are pool cleaning - weekly. Garden tidying - probably monthly, key holding to allow access for maintenance and emergencies and possibly internal cleaning on an occasional basis.
I prefer to use an established company rather than a "friend doing a favour" so there is a proper agreement in place and everyone knows what is needed and expected.
I live in the UK and get out here 2 or 3 time a year for 4-6 weeks at a time.
All recommendations gladly received.
