Does that mean people with residencia can enter but probably can't get out as they are not cross border workers?

As I couldn't get a response to emails or telephone calls to Armas / FRS ferries I took the risk and drove to Puerto del Rosario to see our about postponing our ferry tickets back to the mainland, sorted no problem postponed 4 weeks.
There were no Police visible on the way there but on the way back after I shopped at Mercadona there were a couple on the roundabout by IKEA and one at the Caleta bus station.
Re shopping in Mercadona there was plenty of loo rolls and pasta but no fresh milk in the fridge and no tooth paste apart from Sensodyne, I thought there were plenty of eggs, some shelves getting low particularly the wine shelves 😢, probably awaiting a delivery, Lidl next door appeared quieter than Mercadona.
