The lock down restrictions have been extended until April 12. The decision was approved by the Spanish Congress last night.

Not sure if that's good idea John. I'm sure there will be people chancing it but if everyone will choose to shop in couples the supermarket will have double the amount of people inside and the queues outside will get longer. Also, the risk of someone in your household being infected will get higher too.

I totally agree with Sam John, no one hates shopping more than I Having Managed Superstores early in my career, but there is no way in this world my wife is going to leave our property any time soon.

My husband is doing all the shopping, but I woudn't mind just going in the car for the ride and a look-a-bout and stay in the car in the car park. Is that daft or what?

I agree one person only per household to do the shop it works fine for us and speeds it if you go with a clear list as I did on Tuesday.

Sorry for any confusion the earlier post may have caused but apparently the two people in a car rule if for an authorised passenger on an authorised journey  i.e. a disabled person being take to the shop,  so if your able bodied still only one person in the car - 

Please note - having sought legal advice on this, the statement the other day that was circulating in other groups, that more than one person may now be in the same car must be read in conjunction with the decree and only refers to those who are already authorised to carry a passenger who must now be sat separately and diagonally to driver in their own row and for specific essential reasons to travel so this does NOT mean you and your partner can go for a jolly together in the car to go shopping! Please adhere to this or you are liable to be stopped and given a huge fine!
