I think the situation is a bit different for the peninsula to the islands. I personally think it would be quite realistic to look at the islands individually dependent on their particular circumstances. Having said that, it would only work if incoming flights/boats were not allowed until their point of departure was also clear

Lifting entry restictions prematurely would be a grave error. The island revolves on tourism unfortunately, and whilst I'd love to see people being able to resume employment, I hope that opening the airport for the next influx of tourists is still a long way off.
Internal movement restrictions will probably remain until the middle of May, I imagine the government want to see no new cases for a week or two before easement.

Anyone know why a cruise ship just arrived in puerto Rosario 
Just seen it arrive 12.30 I thought passenger cruise ships were allowed to dock?

It is not a cruise ship it is The Volcan Del Teide a ferry it has been running Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Tenerife for a week or more the other ferry that did Fuera -Las Palmas has been moored in Las palmas since around the 22nd of March

You would have to assume passengers, she is actually in Rosario now

I would imagine that it brings in food produced on the other islands, particularly Gran Canaria.

That is more than probable, as she is classified as a Roll on Roll off Ferry
