Thanks Classic, here's the rest of the info. Will also add it to the
Calendar.
The formative project Follow the Music , organized by the FIMC team, returns to the stages of the Islands from
November 15 to 25, 2019 and, as in the last edition, will serve as a prelude to the 36th Festival. This year it is presented under the title 'Her Majesty the Orchestra', with didactic concerts aimed at both schoolchildren and the general public.
'Her Majesty the Orchestra' is a didactic and family concert, free admission, which will allow us to approach this instrumental group, the symphony orchestra.
This concert will be offered in 7 islands and in each of them there will be two functions: a morning for students and another evening for adults and families.
The concert will feature the Orchestra of the Superior Conservatory of Music of the Canary Islands, formed by young instrumentalists from Gran Canaria and Tenerife and directed by José María Vicente and Nokoleta Popova.
We will also have the participation as soloist of the young Lanzarote violinist Pablo Araya.
The script and the narration will be in charge of Ricardo Ducatenzeiler.
