The Fuerteventura Technology Park is promoting a new cybersecurity training initiative, designed to offer the island's residents the opportunity to acquire skills in a sector with high demand.
This training seeks to improve the qualifications of the participants, open new job doors and promote the development of projects linked to the Canarias Geo Innovation Program 2030, the innovation program led by the Government of the Canary Islands and the Cabildo de Fuerteventura, hand in hand with the Park.
In order to know the needs and preferences of citizens, a public consultation has been launched to collect information on the characteristics that the training should have. Interested people can fill it out using this link http://bit.ly/4h537T2
Among the aspects that are being assessed are the age of the participants, their place of residence in Fuerteventura or on other islands, their level of academic training (from ESO to higher education), as well as their professional objectives, which may include improving their employment, changing sectors or working on projects in the Park.
In addition, the preferred training modality, whether face-to-face or hybrid, the schedule that best suits the needs of the participants and the options for access to the Technology Park, such as own means or public transport, will be taken into account.
The information collected will allow the programme to be adapted to the real needs of the population, ensuring that it is accessible and relevant to as many people as possible.
