Events coming up on Fuerteventura this week:
Christmas markets at the Plaza in Caleta de Fuste on Fridays 14, 21 and 28 December from 6pm to 10pm. This Friday there will be dancing groups, children’s workshops etc.
Christmas Markets in the Patricio Calero plaza in Corralejo on Saturdays 8,15 &22 from 17.00-22.00 and Sundays 9,16, & 23 from 10.00-14.00.
12 Dec – The Moscow Ballet perform the Nutcracker Suite at the Auditorium in Puerto del Rosario at 8pm
13 Dec – Citizen’s Participation Meeting in English, with Debbie Edgington – Councillor with the Ayuntamiento de Antigua, at the Cultural Center, Caleta de Fuste at 7pm.
14 Dec – Xmas run in Morro Jable at 18.00 
16 Dec - Football – (Spanish 3rd Division – Group 12 Canary Islands) – Union Puerto v Tenerife B at midday

Christmas markets at the Plaza in Caleta de Fuste on Fridays 21 and 28 December from 6pm to 10pm. This Friday there will be dancing groups, children’s workshops, and Santa Claus.
Christmas Market in the Patricio Calero plaza in Corralejo on Saturday 22 from 17.00-22.00 and Sunday 23 from 10.00-14.00.
13-18 Dec - Fiesta of Nuestra Señora de la Peña in Betancuria

Even though it is a Public Holiday tomorrow there appears to be the usual Tuesday Market as the pop ups were being put up as we passed at 4.45pm this evening
