Events coming up on Fuerteventura this week:
31 Dec – New Year’s Eve Party at the plaza in Caleta de Fuste from 22.30-03.30
31 Dec – New Year’s Eve Party at the Patricio Calero Plaza in Corralejo
31 Dec – New Year’s Eve Party at the Plaza del Paz in Puerto del Rosario
1 Jan – New Year’s Day – a public holiday
5 Jan – The Three Kings bring their gifts tonight. There are parades in many towns and villages around 5.30pm when the Three Kings arrive on camels. The main parades are:
 – The Caleta de Fuste parade starts at the harbour at 5.30pm and goes to the plaza
 – The Corralejo parade starts at the Las Palmeras shopping centre and goes to the plaza
 – The Puerto del Rosario parade starts at 5.30pm in the harbour and goes to the giant Nativity scene, south of the bus station
6 Jan – Kings Day (Epiphany)
7 Jan – A public holiday in lieu of 6th January.

Fancy having three parties on the same night.  It would have made more sense to spread them out over the week so more people could attend.
