Trial trip of the catamaran "Taidía Volcano" to Morro Jable
The catamaran "Volcán de Taídía" is on a test trip this morning in the port of Morro Jable (south of Fuerteventura). Grupo Armas Trasmediterránea wants to test the manoeuvrability of this vessel, the most modern in its fleet, with a view to its possible positioning on the aforementioned line in the weekend service, reports the specialized magazine Puente de Mando.
The company maintains a daily ferry service between Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Puerto del Rosario, so the supply of goods is fully guaranteed, in addition to the passenger capacity on the ships that cover the line, "Volcán de Tamadaba", "Ciudad de Ibiza" and "Ciudad de Valencia", the latter with two stopovers on the round trip to Cadiz.
