The Turismo office at the Cabildo in Puerto del Rosario. They have inspectors.

Or in the Ayuntamiento office in Corralejo. Upstairs, first door on right, office was (at least 2 year's ago) manned by Cabildo. I made a complaint (tourism related) there several year's ago. You had to complete the form in Spanish so I took it away and returned it the next day. I also made a complaint that the tourist complaints had to be done in Spanish, I asked 'how many of your tourists speak fluent Spanish?, I think you are trying to dissuade complaints from tourists.' I was told it was the law ……
These complaints are not anonymous so always better to try to resolve in person with whoever you have the problem with although I know that's not always possible or even desirable! After about 18 months I had a response to my complaint and they had completely missed my main point!

Thanks Tardis and Tamara. Denouncement is not an option, first thing the Police do is give the recipient of your complaint your name, address, and telephone number. Repercussions. I'll find a way of reporting them without having Fu** You scored into the bonnet of my car.

Could you use an assessoria so everything goes through a third party?
